Thad Meyer is a founding principal of Aeon One, LLC. He has experience in numerous real estate development and financing projects where he has handled the operational and financial requirements for over $1B worth of real estate products over his career. He has served as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer for Reven Housing REIT, Inc., which was a publicly traded real estate investment company that focuses on the acquisition, accumulation, and operation of single-family rental homes.
Thad’s extensive experience continues to include serving as Principal and CFO of Southern California Investors, Inc. a firm specializing in the acquisition, improvement and sale of distressed single-family homes. Along with serving as CFO of Equastone, a real estate investment company specializing in value add office properties across the US where they formed and raised over $300M in equity in three separate funds totaling approximately $1B of value add office buildings across the US.
Thad is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Turnaround Professional, and a California Real Estate Broker.
